Lace finished

Last week I finished two pieces of lace one I had started about 2 years ago and another one I had just had bought the pattern on vacation. Both are Scandinavian patterns. The first one is a brides headdress, that pattern is danish and the other is an old swedish pattern that I will be making into a 3-d basket of flowers. I have starched both with Moravia starch. Both patterns were pretty simple but had some unique technics. I probably would have finished the brides headdress earlier but it was pretty boring it didn't have enough to challenge me. The basket took me 2 days to do went really fast. I wound too much thread on my bobbins so I was complaining abit about that but I can use them for the second basket.

Jumper finished

I finished my jumper before vacation but didn't get a chance to write about it until now. I decided to wear it on Midsommar and it fit pretty good I felt a bit foolish in it though like I was too dressed up. I wore it with the fancy shirt I got from Melinda a long time ago. It was perfect for the dress and I had a lot of complements.
